The Spark of Inspiration

It all began on a wintery afternoon as the snow was falling here in Ohio. Maybe it was the bitter cold or our recent empty nest. I'm not really sure what sparked it. But the idea was born right there in our living room. What if we started a business together? What kind of business could it be? It had to be something fun where we could be creative. We decided it would be a food truck.

Crafting the Perfect Menu

We explored a few different food items, but decided we would start with shaved ice. The idea of bringing this simple yet magical icy dessert to people just felt like the right thing to do. And so, the seed of our very own shaved ice food truck was planted. Because who doesn't like shaved ice?
